Taylor Morrison is the Executive Director and owner of two education management companies. Currently is the active Director of Rancho Bernardo Tutoring. He has been working with children for six years in both education and childcare. His specialization is in Special Education ELA and Math. He was an L.I.T. at the YMCA, Child Development leader for BSA and assisted to a middle school for the San Diego Unified School District. He is trained in 20 different areas and departments. His training is as follows: CCSS, FERPA, COPPA, HIPAA, SELPA, SELPA PE Adaptations, Custodial, and Campus Security, Administrative Education, CPS, AED, Advanced First Aid, Nonprofit Business and Economics, Employers/ OSHA, Mandated Reporter, i21 Technology and Networking, and Child Development and Leadership, FEMA. And Taylor continues to get more training, as he thinks the more education he can get the more he can help children. Taylor Morrison has used his education on a daily basis to assist and educate many children in the county of San Diego. He used to mainly work with kids one on one. He now works in administrative education, Taylor enjoys working on the sidelines as he gets to plan amazing futures for children and then he can see them when he doesn’t have paperwork. He is known in the state of California as an Education Management leader. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Taylor Morrison believes in the fact that schooling can be fun, even past the point of socialization. Data has shown that students that register in his program, a month through they have a more positive outlook on school.

Taylor Morrison believes that small animals are beneficial to children’s education. He has an array of weird creepy creatures that he allows students to be around when they are working on their homework.

 

He believes in the fact that 21st-century technology is hugely beneficial for children’s education and growth. His tutoring methods incorporate technology, allowing children to learn how to use computers for educational use, instead of just snap chat.

 

He is a known employer of California. He accepts all races, sexuality, and status of citizenship. He is unbiased about any situation. He has and currently continues to employ a diverse group of races, sexuality, gender, and disability. In his mind, anyone should have an opportunity to work with children not depending on their race, gender, sexuality or disability, even citizenship. California is a very accepting place for immigrants. Unfortunately, lots of places don’t employ them until they can get their citizenship. Taylor has in the past and continues to hire anyone that is respectful and shows that they can work with children.
